LIFT Asset Management

Francisco López Posadas is Founding Partner and CEO of LIFT Asset Management, and also Founding Partner and a member of the Board of Directors of Inversa Prime Socimi (formerly Almagro Capital SOCIMI). He has more than 20 years of experience in investing in the financial and real estate markets.

Before founding LIFT, Francisco spent 8 years working for leading Private Equity firms such as Investindustrial, Permira and Demeter Partners, being involved in more than 30 corporate operations.

Francisco holds an MBA from New York University (NYU) Stern School of Business and a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Valladolid.

Felipe de los Ríos Lorenzo is Partner and the CFO of LIFT Asset Management. In addition, he is the head of finance and operations in Real Estate and a Founding Partner of Inversa Prime Socimi.

Previously, Felipe was a member of the founding team of a €200 million build-up project in the acquisition of service stations (later acquired by BP). Furthermore, he worked for 3 years in a business incubator in London, from where he participated in the launch of several start-ups and investment projects.

Felipe holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Complutense University of Madrid, and a postgraduate degree from the London School of Business and Finance.

Francisco began his professional career at PwC in the audit department, and after a year he decided to join Hiperion Capital, a Private Equity firm, where he participated in two operations (Grupo Playa Sol and San Luis Electrónica).

Francisco holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the CUNEF Universidad.

Juan Romaní Sancho is Partner and the Legal Director of LIFT Asset Management. He has more than 20 years of experience as legal advisor in commercial and corporate matters.

Juan is Partner of DLAU & LINTONS and has previously developed his professional career in different national and international law firms of recognized prestige such as CMS ALBIÑANA AND SUÁREZ DE LEZO, SQUIRE PATTON BOGGS and GARRIDO ABOGADOS Y ASESORES TRIBUTARIOS, in which he has provided advice on contracting, M&A, real estate, stock market and corporate matters.

Juan holds a law degree and a business councel title from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE E-1).

Diego Aparicio Alfaro is Partner and head of Family Office.  He holds a degree in Business Administration and Law from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). He has experience as private banker at Deutsche Bank in Wealth Management segment for Iberian peninsula.

Gonzalo Sagnier Guimón is Director of Commercial and Product. Gonzalo is an industrial engineer with a double MBA from IESE Business School and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with a long career in leadership positions in consulting, marketing and sales, in companies such as Liberty, Mémora or Arthur D. Little.

David Alonso Carvajal is Asset Management Director in the Real Estate team. He has a long career in leasing management and a background as a senior technician in Commerce and Marketing.

María Berzal Ezquerro is Financial Officer. Maria holds a degree in Economics from Universidad de Navarra and holds a MBA from ADM Business School (Madrid). She has more than 10 years of experience in operational positions at financial industry.

Nicolas Peñalver Sotos, Associate, he has been involved in more that 100 transactions at Real Estate team since he joined in 2019.

He previously worked for several years at OVB Allfinanz and Telefónica.

Nicolás holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Carlos III University of Madrid, with a year of international specialty at the Haskayne School of Business in Calgary, Canada.

Daniel Garcia Perla is an Analyst in the Real Estate team since joining in 2020.

He holds a degree in Business Management, Administration and Law from Carlos III University of Madrid.

Daniel Garrido Díez is Tenant Service – Real Estate Administrative Assistant. He holds a degree in Administration and Finance Technician from San Pablo University CEU with large experience at financial sector as well as residents’ associations.

Lucía Merino is an analyst in the Real Estate team with experience as analyst in M&A, real estate, and financial analysis at Glezco Capital Partners&Venture. She holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from University of Navarra.

Pedro Sánchez Novo is a Real Estate-Asset Manager, he holds a degree in The Fundamentals of Architecture from Universidad Politécnica of Madrid and experience as technician in urban planning for senior population at Fundación Caser.

Ekain Palacios Rodríguez is a junior analyst at The Real Estate Team. He is studying a degree in Business Administration at Universidad Europea Miguel De Cervantes in Valladolid.

Luis Javier Olivares Ramón is a junior analyst at the Real Estate Team.  He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering with minor in Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico) and MBA Specialized in Finance from IEB (Madrid). He has previously worked as a Consulting Analyst at Mexico.

Gustavo Marín Guillamet is a junior analyst at Corporate Development and M&A department.  Gustavo is studying a degree in Business Administration and Law from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
