Customer Service Department

In accordance with the regulations on transparency and customer protection, LIFT INVESTMENT ADVISORS EAF, S.L. provides its clients with a Customer Service Department (hereinafter, the CSD).

The functions of this Department include the handling and resolution of any complaints and claims that may be submitted by clients.

Complaints and claims must, in the first instance, be addressed to the Head of the Customer Service Department of LIFT INVESTMENT ADVISORS EAF, S.L. at the following address:

In accordance with the procedures and time limits established by Order ECO/734/2004 of 11 March, the CSD shall handle and resolve complaints and claims submitted by clients within a period of two months from the date of submission.

As a second instance, once the Customer Service Department procedure has been exhausted, clients may submit their complaints to the Complaints Service of the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV):
